This policy explains what information tiemokori.com collects and what I do with it. The site is run by Okori Studios, LLC. Tiem Okori is the wedding photographer, based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

What I collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the inquiry form on the Contact page:

  • Your names
  • Your email address
  • Your Instagram handle, if you share it
  • Your wedding date, venue and guest count
  • How you heard about me
  • Your message

If you email me directly at info@tiemokori.com, I receive whatever you include in that email.

How I use it

I use your inquiry to reply to you, check my availability, and send you information about my wedding collections. If you book, I use it to plan and photograph your wedding. I don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

  • Netlify hosts this website and receives inquiry form submissions on my behalf. Like any web host, its servers record basic technical details of each visit, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • Google (Gmail) handles my email, including the copy of each inquiry the form sends me.
  • Pixpa hosts client galleries. If you book, your name, email and wedding photos are stored there so you can view your photos and pick your favorites.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking. Fonts and scripts are served from this site, not from third parties.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiries for four weeks so I can follow up and refer back to past conversations. Client information is kept as long as needed for the contract, your gallery and my business records.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I have about you at any time by emailing info@tiemokori.com.

Your photos

If you book, your contract says whether I may share photos from your wedding on this site and on Instagram. I only share them with that permission.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning a wedding. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
